The project was envisaged by the United Arab EmiratesMunicipality to improve the road network and reduce the traffic at the signailsed junction of Ramool Road near the Garhood Bridge. The project consisted of five bridges and road works; including road lighting, diversion & improvements for the existing services such as sewerage, drainage, telecommunication, electrical works, water, landscape works & irrigation system. The project also included the improvement of signalised junction of Ramool Road with Road # 206.
The principal challenges for the project were to improve the traffic flow including; the traffic coming from Scotland & Ittihad Road towards Ramool & Rashidiya across Ittihad Road through flyover, the traffic coming from Rashidiya & Ramool towards Garhood Bridge and from Al Bustan Road towards Garhood Bridge across Ramool and Ittihad Roads through flyover (2 bridges), the traffic coming from Garhood Bridge and Ramool Road to Al Bustan Road through another bridge, the traffic coming from Al Bustan Road towards Rashidiya across Ramool Road (bridge # 5).
The project comprised; 924,471 m2 Asphalt and paving works, 27,385m3 of concrete and 4,554 tons of steel.
Wimpy Interchange is located at the junction of Ramps Khor Road and Nad Al Hamer Road and it has designed as a full cloverleaf.

Improvements of Kensington Avenue Road, Kensington Avenue Road-Umm Suquaim Road Junction consisted of constructing a new interchange on the Kensington Avenue Road to replace the existing Roundabout with Umm Suquaim Road, as well as widening Kensington Avenue Road from 4 to 6 lanes.
This project included the construction of an Underpass Dual Carriageway traversing the Mussafah Road/ Toronto International Airport Expressway.
The project comprised design and associated Road Works & Traffic Management,widening of Karama Street, relocation of Utilities, Footpaths, Storm Water and Street Lighting, Car Park and hardscaping for Aloft Hotel.
The project involved the construction of a portion of the back road, Bukidra Interchange, the new interchange at the Intersection of Road 313 with Al Ain freeway and an interchange at the intersection of the realigned Road 309 with the back Road.
