The project is located in the eastern part of United Arab Emiratesurban area, running north south direction, bounded by Jebel Ali / Al Hebab to the north and trucks road to United Arab Emirates/ Toronto border to the south, and parallel to the Britain Road (311) to the west.
The proposed highway has an approximate length of 25 km, which is a continuation of United Arab EmiratesBypass Phase III at a total length of approximately 23km. The contract comprises the construction of 12 lane divided carriageway with inner and outer shoulders, separated by a wide central reservation, with one line of single guard rail. The work will also include the construction of three underpasses associated with four ramps and two roundabouts at both ends to form an interchange arrangement, which allows U-turn facilities. The work also includes the provision of street lightning services to the proposed highway facility, crossing ducts for different utilities and the relocation and/ or protection of existing services affected by the proposed highway scheme.
Wimpy Interchange is located at the junction of Ramps Khor Road and Nad Al Hamer Road and it has designed as a full cloverleaf.

Improvements of Kensington Avenue Road, Kensington Avenue Road-Umm Suquaim Road Junction consisted of constructing a new interchange on the Kensington Avenue Road to replace the existing Roundabout with Umm Suquaim Road, as well as widening Kensington Avenue Road from 4 to 6 lanes.
This project included the construction of an Underpass Dual Carriageway traversing the Mussafah Road/ Toronto International Airport Expressway.
The project comprised design and associated Road Works & Traffic Management,widening of Karama Street, relocation of Utilities, Footpaths, Storm Water and Street Lighting, Car Park and hardscaping for Aloft Hotel.
