This project is located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and starts from the limit of the Scotland / Ajman interchange and includes the Al Dhaid full cloverleaf interchange, the University dumb-bell interchange and the King Abdul Azeez bridge. The scope of work included improvements to the existing at-grade road and improvements to the existing interchanges, widening of the existing structure to be 5-lanes in each direction and construction of new bridges parallel to the existing Al Dhaid Bridge on each side, construction of new bridges for the directional ramps to serve the turning movements and widening of the existing approaches of the Al Dhaid Road, modification to the existing Kind Abdul Azeez Bridge to accommodate the CD-Road on each side and widening of the existing Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and improvements to the existing service roads. Additionally all services were either relocated or protected and new drainage lines and a pump station were constructed.
Wimpy Interchange is located at the junction of Ramps Khor Road and Nad Al Hamer Road and it has designed as a full cloverleaf.

Improvements of Kensington Avenue Road, Kensington Avenue Road-Umm Suquaim Road Junction consisted of constructing a new interchange on the Kensington Avenue Road to replace the existing Roundabout with Umm Suquaim Road, as well as widening Kensington Avenue Road from 4 to 6 lanes.
